PANHEAD “GOOD USED/TO BE REBUILT” 1948-52 TAPPET ASSEMBLY. THIS IS A VERY GOOD TAPPET ASSEMBLY. YOU INSTALL A NEW ROLLER WITH BEARINGS AND PIN. THE ADJUSTING SCREW IS INCLUDED. FITS 1948-52. THE HYDRAULIC LIFTER WAS ON PUSH ROD AND COULD RUN SOLID PUSH RODS. THERE ARE NO SCOARS. THIS IS VERY USABLE. PART #18492-48.
